Chris Wilson (FCG CS CGP)

Chris is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa and a registered member of the Professional Practice Group, a former Chairman of the Western Cape Branch of the Institute and a past Board member. Chris currently is an active member of the Institutes Technical Committee and he specialises in providing all Board and Board Governance services to many large corporate entities throughout South Africa.
Chris serves on the Board of Directors for a number of client entities and also acts as the Public Officer of a number of client entities.
Matthew Wray

Over more than twenty years Matthew has been an integral part of the management team of two national company secretarial practices emanating from the top six global audit firms. Matthew previously also worked for a listed media group listed on the JSE and NASDAQ exchanges, as well as in the financial and company secretarial divisions of a major listed South African Bank.
Due to Matthew’s wide-ranging experience in various fields his knowledge on company secretarial, statutory and corporate governance is extensive.
Matthew serves on the Board of Directors for several client entities and acts as the Public Officer for a number of international clients.
Tasneem Shaikh

Joodah is a qualified CA(SA) with 10 years of post-article experience specializing in audit support, financial accounting, and tax compliance. Joodah partners with clients across a diverse range of industries in drafting financial statements, streamlining of their accounting functions, and assists in managing their tax risks. Joodah acts as a vital bridge that ensures clients are fully prepared, structured, and compliant for their financial year ends.
Tara Petersen

Tara holds a Bcom accounting degree and qualified as a Professional Accountant (SA) in 2021. Tara specializes in compiling Annual Financial Statements for clients across various industries and ensures that the financial statements are in line with the latest International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and IFRS for SMEs.

Melanie has seventeen years’ experience within an audit firm background as well as an outsourced company secretary and has specialised in corporate governance, corporate advisory services, corporate restructures, disposals, mergers and acquisitions as well as course lectures on the Companies Act and directors duties.

With a BCom Marketing, Tamsyn is a Board Consultant with 11 years of corporate experience. Tamsyn has worked with international and domestic clients in, amongst others, the recruitment, tourism and forensic industries.
